REVIEW: This is the first time I have read a story written by Sadia Anthony. It’s always a joy to discover a new author especially when the story is a page turner, and INDECENT PROPOSAL is that story. Sylvia Fresco and Vincent Boudreaux are the protagonists of this well-written novella told in the 1st person by the heroine, Sylvia. INDECENT PROPOSAL employs the popular fake relationship trope to frame the intriguing storyline.

To be honest, the storyline begins just like most fake relationship storylines: the rich businessman approaches the front desk clerk of a boutique hotel that he utilizes when he is in that city with a proposal that will benefit both of them. Vincent will be able to take over his deceased father’s multimillion dollar business as the sole owner without any repercussions, and Sylvia will be able to pay off a tremendous debt left in her lap by her previous unscrupulous lover. How could she turn this down? For the first time in a long time, she will be completely debt free, and able to really help her struggling parents financially.  A win-win situation, right? Not so quick! The storyline’s twists and turns and suspenseful moments that are masterfully employed by Ms. Anthony makes this story not an average “fake relationship” tale. I can’t wait until you read it! Drama and mayhem abound!

A BIG Boo-Hiss goes to two minor characters, Quintyne and Elaina, who cause major trouble. No redeeming qualities at all! On the other hand, I love the HEA for our couple, Sylvia and Vincent. Their love for each other has no conditions, no limits, and no NDA’s. You’ll get that when you read the story.

I enjoyed my first read by Sadia Anthony.
INDECENT PROPOSAL is a “can’t-put-it-down” book. I recommend it for your reading pleasure.
