REVIEW: TO MARRY A MADDEN by best-selling author Sherelle Green was an outstanding, amazing and emotional book. This book had me all in my feelings as I was reading it and I am still feeling the effects from reading. This book is the 7th book in Sherelle’s popular Madden Family Series. I would recommend reading all of the book in the series to you will be familiar with the characters.
If you have read CARTER’S UNDOING, in TO MARRY A MADDEN, we are with Carter Madden and Serenity Taylor as they are finally getting ready to get married Carter and Serenity have whisked their family and friends to a secret location where their wedding will be held. Once all of their family and friends are there, Carter has written letters to each one of his sisters in laws to express his feeling about each one of them. Carter also gets a chance to bond more with his family. Serenity is truly happy that she is marrying her Golden Boy that has held her heart all of the years that he has been away. Will Carter and Serenity say I Do? You will have to read the book to find out!
What I loved about TO MARRY A MADDEN is the way that Sherelle Green opened the book. It had me so excited to read more and see what was going to happen next. The storyline flows seamlessly and the way that the book is written, I felt as if I was in the book experiencing it all. The love scenes in the book are amazingly written. I also love how we got an update on the rest of the family and what they had been up to. Crayson had me laughing so hard! I also loved the brief appearance from some of the members of the Crowne family.
Overall, I loved TO MARRY A MADDEN! When reading her books, I know that I’m going to get an amazing book filled with love and drama. I hope that Sherelle gives us periodic updates on the Maddens. I am sad that this is the last book in this series. Ms Green did an amazing job with the ending of this series.
