REVIEW: TAMING THE PRINCE by AC Arthur is the final installment in The Royal Wedding series.  It brings to a conclusion where the last book in the series left off.  TAMING THE PRINCE tells the story of Prince Rafferty DeSaunters, who is the ruler of Grand Serenity Island in the Caribbean and Davina Daniels, who is a well-known actress.

The story explores Prince Rafe and Davina meeting up again for the first time in many years.  The chemistry between the both of them is as combustible as the first time their eyes meet at the dinner they both attended in Pasternholm Palace in Sweden.  Both of them are coming out of a bad relationship.

also has some suspense in it as well as someone on the island who is trying to frame and dethrone the DeSaunters’. This works well within the book because it is fast paced and it keeps you on the edge of your seat trying to figure out who the culprits are.

The reader gets to revisit the characters from the previous three books in the series.  It was good seeing and reading the updates on Prince Rafe’s children and their spouses.  We also get to follow the romance that is blossoming between Prince Rafe and Davina.

Ms. Arthur takes us traveling all over the world from Sweden to the United States, we are awed by the various locations where Prince Rafe romances Davina even though he doesn’t realizes that he is falling in love with her.

While I loved
TAMING THE PRINCE, I didn’t feel emotionally attached to the hero; I found him a bit too stoic. Despite this, I enjoyed reading the book, and would definitely recommend it. It has all the elements that a good book is supposed to have. Exploring the love between older couples is always a joy to read. TAMING THE PRINCE is well-written and Ms. Arthur tied up all the storylines from the previous three books.
