She promised her sister that she would be their guardian if anything were to happen to them. Jaxon is hurt and disillusioned. His father betrayed him in business, and he left New York never to return. He hasn’t spoken to his father in three years. Now he travels with no direction from place to place taking temporary jobs.
SWEET ON A YOUNGER MAN is a lovely story. It centers around Ivy, a forty year old who spent her twenties and thirties taking care of her orphaned nieces. A sacrifice she gladly made for the well-being of the girls. When the girls are grown up, Ivy learns that she deserve happiness too. She meets Jaxon, a younger man and their chemistry is electrifying. The author did a great job with the narrative. The characters are wonderful, lively, and full of passion. An older woman and younger man develop an amazing relationship that’s worth fighting for. They have some obstacles to overcome but nothing will stand in their way. Because in the end they choose love.
SWEET ON A YOUNGER MAN is an easy read and sweet romance. Ivy and Jaxon were on different journeys, but they were able to combine the two to get the happy ending they wanted. A wonderful story worth reading.
