ROMANTIC SUSPENSE
REVIEW: Once again readers are transported to Overbrook Meadows, Texas, a suburban enclave in Texas that serves as both a peaceful community and a hotbed of intrigue. It is not just a backdrop, but an active part of the narrative that amplifies both the suspense and the emotional stakes.

The novel’s double mystery involves a seemingly small “dognapping” case that Private Investigator Kelli Green, the wife of the lead male character, Detective Damien Green, takes on. Kelli’s tenacity and curiosity propel her into the heart of the case, which soon reveals dangerous undercurrents lurking beneath the surface of Overbrook Meadows. The interplay between Kelli’s amateur sleuthing and Damien’s professional expertise is engaging, and it provides a balance between domestic drama and high-stakes crime solving.

The most chilling aspect of
BLURRED LINES: MISTER ME TOO centers on the emergence of the “Mister Me Too” killer - a criminal whose operandi is to imitate infamous murderers from history. Walker masterfully crafts a villain who imitates notorious figures such as Ted Bundy, the Hillside Stranglers, the Manson Family, and Jeffrey Dahomey, among others. This disturbing takeoff not only challenges Detective Damien Green and his team but also creates an atmosphere of psychological terror. Mister Me Too’s ability to replicate the acts of these infamous murderers blurs the lines between past and present, fiction and reality, leaving both the characters and the readers questioning what is real and what is merely imitation. The author’s exploration of this theme is both thought-provoking and unnerving, keeping the suspense high and the pages turning.

I recommend
BLURRED LINES: MISTER ME TOO for your reading pleasure. It is a masterful blend of suburban mystery and psychological thriller. Keith Thomas Walker is a master at weaving together multiple threads - from a simple dognapping to a deeply unsettling serial killer. I also recommend the other three BLURRED LINES novels: THE MONSTER, COP KILLER, and COPYCAT KILLER. You can thank me later.
