ROMANCE IN COLOR is committed to promoting excellence in romance writing, and with this in mind we'll be introducing you to authors we consider RISING STARS.  The choosing of a RISING STAR will be based on two basic criteria; a debut book that demonstrated promise and whose follow up releases indicated significant growth.
