ROMANCE IN COLOR is committed to promoting excellence in romance writing, and with this in mind we'll be introducing you to authors we consider RISING STARS. The choosing of a RISING STAR will be based on two basic criteria. A debut book that demonstrates shows promise or an already publisher author (least that three years published) who shows a significant improvement in follow up releases.
