Janelle is celebrating her birthday with a trip to Aspen. No girlfriends or family or significant other…just Janelle, solo-dolo. As Janelle checks in at the swanky ski lodge, she encounters two things, a mix-up in the lodge’s reservation system, and a very well-put-together Malcolm Pierce who is also trying to check in. What’s a girl to do? Snow storm coming and no rooms available in this lodge or any others in Aspen. Can you say, “Close-proximity?” It’s going to be a hot, passionate weekend for a snowed-in couple as only Aja can deliver.
Following, THE WEEKEND, we catch up with Janelle and Malcolm in FALLING FOR YOU, the Weekend Bonus Story plus a Playlist to die for. FALLING FOR YOU is an Aja’s Newsletter Exclusive. In this story we find Janelle and Malcolm “flying high in the friendly skies” for each other literally and figuratively. All I can say is, that plane is the perfect “set-it-off” point for what is to follow. Janelle and Malcolm end up in another hotel suite, but no snow this time, and the best Valentine’s Day celebration ever! Malcolm is theee man for Janelle. What a HEA!
Last, but certainly not least, THE ARRANGEMENT, a story that proves when love happens, it ain’t a thing you can do about it! Asha Sinclair and Ezra Bishop have an arrangement. She calls; he answers. Their mind-shattering chemistry is off-the-chain! What happens when ‘the arrangement” is not enough, and the arrangement turned friends-with-benefits turned fake relationship turns into something else. One of my all-time fave couples, Zola and Khalil Berry (SHE’S GOT SOUL), are inside character roles. I loved this story. S-P-I-C-Y! Just like the playlist that goes with it!
