Maxine, Mia’s twin, confidante, and sometimes her conscience, is utterly loyal. Arif, another standout character is layered. He is both a source of intrigue and tension. Last, but not least, Aram, a foil to both Mia and Arif. His actions play a pivotal role in the unraveling of the story’s central mystery.
HIDDEN ENEMY is a standout entry in the Evanescence Series, delivering suspense, and drawing the reader into the web of intrigue. The pacing is tight, with enough twists to keep the pages turning.
