REVIEW: Lark Randolph has achieved great success in the fashion world.  Unfortunately she can’t say the same for her personal life.  With such terrible luck with men, Lark decides to forget about romance and concentrate on her career.  When she interviews Dash Migilio for the position of lead designer at Randolph on the Runway, she is having second thoughts about that decision.  Their attraction is obvious from the onset, but both Lark and Dash have a rule about office romances.  Besides, Lark feels that Dash is too young for her since he is more than ten years her junior.  After convincing Lark to spend time with him, Dash has her singing a different tune.  Because in his opinion age is just a number and it’s all about the two people involved.  When the enemy rises up against Lark and Dash, they discover that they can overcome anything as long as they work together.

Lark Randolph is the COO and creative director of Randolph on the Runway, her family’s fashion design business.  And although it hasn’t been easy, Lark has worked hard to make Randolph on the Runway, aka RR, one of the industries’ leading designers of women clothing.  Having put the company on the map, Lark is ready to settle down and start a family.

Dash Migilio is a billionaire trust-fund baby.  He could easily work for his family in Italy and enjoy the privileged life he was born into.  But Dash chooses to chart his own path in the world.  Not only is he rich, but he is a very talented up and coming fashion designer and has plans to make his mark in the fashion world.

SEASON FOR LOVE is a good story with a good plot and interesting characters with the setting in the city of New York.  The pacing is good but feels a little rushed in some of the scenes.  I love the storyline in this book.  It’s a nice change of pace to read about an older woman with a younger man.  Although Dash may be young, he has an old spirit and is very mature for his age.  I think the author did a good job of pairing Dash and Lark.  Both are driven to succeed and have strong work ethics.  Their passion in the bedroom spills over into the workplace which makes them an unstoppable team.  The author also added jealousy, sabotage and theft to make this story more compelling.  Other characters include a bitter best friend, a vengeful ex-employee and a sexy playboy to keep things lively.  Put all these elements together and it makes for a very delightful love story.

This was an enjoyable read complete with love, laughter and just a little bit of drama.  The author even gives us a peak into Fashion Week.  I absolutely love the ending of this book.  It was inspired!
